5 day Ayahuasca Retreat Costa Rica

Join us for an immersive 4 night / 5 day retreat in the verdant jungle of Costa Rica’s Caribbean coast. Our retreats are for people who want to experience profound change in their lives, establish a deeper connection with themselves and those around them, heal from trauma and release old patterns and limiting beliefs.
You will experience 2 Ayahuasca ceremonies and a closing Cacao circle, held by experienced, trauma informed facilitators with over a decade each of working with this sacred medicine.
The location is spectacular, in a safe and luxurious setting overlooking the ocean and rain forest canopy. Wake up to sounds of Howler Monkeys, the calls of nesting Green Macaw parrots and playful Toucans.
Our small retreat is for a maximum of 6 people and will be supported with massage, sound healing, traditional floral bathing, time in nature, integration and nourishing organic food. We prioritise rest and relaxation during the week, allowing guests space to integrate and reflect upon their experience. We provide practical tools and simple techniques to take away to continue to support the integration process.
