Join us for an immersive 6 night / 7 day retreat in the verdant jungle of Costa Rica’s Caribbean coast. You will experience 3 Ayahuasca ceremonies and a closing Cacao circle, held by experienced, trauma informed facilitators with 15 years each of working with this sacred medicine.

Our retreats are for people who want to experience profound change in their lives, establish a deeper connection with themselves and those around them, heal from trauma and release old patterns and limiting beliefs, gain clarity and direction. We prioritise rest and relaxation, to allow your nervous system to reset. The pace is slow, the schedule is spacious, the work is deep. All activities are optional and because we have small groups, we are able to tailor the experience to the energy of the group and the individuals.

Our small retreat is for a maximum of 6 people and are supported with massage, sound healing, traditional floral bathing, time in nature, integration and nourishing organic food. We prioritise rest and relaxation during the week, allowing guests space to integrate and reflect upon their experience. We provide practical tools and simple techniques to take away to continue to support the integration process.

The location is spectacular, in a safe and luxurious setting overlooking the ocean and rain forest canopy. Wake up to sounds of Howler Monkeys, the calls of nesting Green Macaw parrots and playful Toucans.
